Arrow Shafts (Oak - Frostwood)
Does making arrow shafts out of oak thru Frostwood have any effect (other than possibly waisting valuable wood)?

Nope.. all it does is waste it.. personally, I would dontate the oak and ash if you got a surplus (to the library) and just use regular wood for your shafts.
