Merth, i opened the .bmp file (attachment) but it is to small to see what your asking ...

can you resubmit the picture but first save it as a .jpg and then go to the image hosting menu (at top)
and upload the image that way so we can all see it

its part of the virtue quests when you have to slay her as a warewolf and then you earn the dagger that says "wolf slayer"

Killing the werewolf is one of the Virtue Quests that came out last year. To start the quest, go to the Moonglow Lyceum, over to the left side, and talk to the weaponsmith there. It's a very simple quest, and the reward is a "wolf slayer" dagger that isn't particularly useful.
