Altars

How do you get a hold of the large stone altars you often see in ruins? I've seen a few here and there in homes. Are they craftable?

Are you talking about those stone pentagrams? Those are made by carpenters.

pentagrams are made by carps that have magery skill cant remember exactly but both have to be pretty high from what I do remember! stone tables look like altars as well to me anyways, also made by carpenters who have read the book working with stone (using a mallet for tool and granite).
