Anyone have the recipe or know where I can find the machete to get into the Blighted Grove?

Or if anyone can get me a couple of blue diamonds (my mining isn't high enough) I will do the quest and make 'em!

Ill do some mining tomorrow night (Been getting bored stealthing around Bedlam stealing peeps loot anyway) and then Ill post up again when I get some....how many per machete?

You just need two blue diamonds for the quest.
The machete themselves require bones and ingots which I can get.
My mining is sitting at 95 so I cant get diamonds yet

Kettlewhistle, I tried to add you to ICQ over the weekend but something must have messed up. I have the recipe for bone machetes and can make you guys some. Flutter, Q me later tonite? I'm at work right now but I should be home around 5ish. Not sure how high your lumberjacking is but I can help you out with the bark you'll need if you decide to do the quest to make the machetes yourselves.

I'm trying to get the crafter there myself. My only problem is no mining!! A hundred years ago I dropped it, yeah when colored ore came out! Hated it.

Right now, I'm waiting on the 4 rocks and 2 blue diamonds, and I think thats the end of the quest. Then I'm gonna brew up a bunch of those machettes.

Suggestion Anne... When you bring them next time for Blighted Grove. Put them in a wooden box, easier to carry. Then when you get there, just put the crate on the ground, and bust it up. Boom. All nice little stacks, less time, and easier for your to grab and go from Cafter to Anne.

DOH! Why didn't I think of that! Would have saved a TON of time. LOL Lordy, I'm such a blonde some days.

OK, here's what you'll need for the quest for the bone machetes for anyone interested and doesn't already know:

2 Blue Diamonds
4 Rocks
10 Pieces of Bark
10 Bones (just regular tailoring bones)

I can help anyone who needs it with the rocks and bark. Bones I'm running low on but shadow wisps are a pretty good source for those. The diamonds, well, those are just a pita to get.

But my lumby is only 88.something and my mining is only 95.something else

And do you need GM LJ to get the bark?

Oh yeah...I havent had ICQ since I swapped computers a while back. Been so busy with all the ML stuff and trying like heck to get my Peace Tamer up into the GM/Post-GM area that I havent been doing much, if any, socializing...

From what I heard from Hunt Nite, Ill need some traveling companions to stay alive in the Blighted Grove anywho...

Are there many revealers in the Grove? Ive been stealthing around the others and the Painted Caves and Twisted Weald are great. I almost never get revealed...Labyrinth on the other hand is ridiculous. Cant stay alive long if I venture in too deep...

Yep, the stone is just the granite that you mine up. And yes, have to be GM Lumberjack to get the bark. I've got plenty of the bark and I don't mind sharing. Since you don't have ICQ if you want to PM me here and let me know a time range to look out for you, maybe we can set something up? This is my early week at work so I'm home usually by about 5:00 Eastern.

As far as revealing in Blighted. I don't think there's a whole lot down there that does unless maybe the Insane Dryads? My boyfriend is a stealther and he was down there with us Saturday nite as well as Sahra Swift. Neither seemed to have too much trouble as far as being revealed.

But if you are going to fight in Blighted, I would personally recommend taking some friends. I know, I know, there are people who can solo that dungeon and any other. Unfortunately, I'm not one of them! LOL
