Dreadhorn quest in sactuary??

ok first off I did the dreadhorn quest last night now this evening I wanted to do it again. But the one in heartwood says I am to busy to do that. Now I have no other quests going so its not that so can u only do the quest every 24 hours or so?
Also we went to sanctuary to find the one there since we know a friend of ours got the quest there but we can not find it there. Does anyone know which npc it would be or is that the same as the other one we wont be able to do it till a certain amount of time is up???????????????

You can only do that quest once.
Most of the "to enter the dungeon" quests you can only do one time.

That is about the stupidest thing I ever heard
Why would they do that I could understand making only like every 24 hours or even 48 hours but one time?????????????????????????????

I believe that it was ment you only need the quest once... to get into the dungeon.. after that you can kill dreadhorn as often as you like.. just dont need the quest to do it.. Hope this is right.. it was how I understood it...Pax,Silk
