So, I always wanted to make an absolute pure warrior and this is the template I came up with
120 Swords
120 Parrying
120 Tactics
120 Anatomy
120 Healing
100 Resisting Spells

What I want to know is that if this character has any chance of being really strong and useful in a game full of necro-ninja-mages. Keeping a pure template is a good idea?

i tried that temp too but i ended up throwing chiv in there, also lost resist for poison to make a chiv noxxer. so far its working ok for pvm but pvp still has some work to be done.

I feared that would be the case :p
I just don't like clicking 5 floating icons everytime I engage in combat...

This is my template only I'm 105 resist spells and use res bracer to take me to all 120's. For pvm this char rocks. a pair of them side by side together cross healing can do a ton of damage. for pvp it is not the best char for sure, though i've seen my guildie use a ubws mace with some decent success. a good old fashion mob beater though,nice when coupled with high honor.

That is basically my template, only, I actually cut my skills down so that I could include Chivalry, sacrificing anatomy and tactics from 120 in the end.

Presently:

120 Swords
120 Parry
110 Tactics
110 Anatomy
100 Healing
100 Resist
60 Chivalry

My dex is in the high 150's with jewels. I have a 70's suit with high stamina and mana regeneration and increases.

It does what I want to do. Takes me where I want to go. I can take lots of characters, and many I can't.

In the end, it comes down to how much they play, the Ghz speed on their computer, and the macros. I call that just being even in the game, and I can live with that.

I use pots, heal, and chivalry as redundant systems in a pinch to cure and heal. UO and UO Assist Macros really help here. If ganked, I always accept that I am going to go down, only, I focus on one, just one who I am going to kill before that happens, and stay alive until I do.

In the end, I would say Penny is our weakest character. Yet, for me, I love him the best.
