Cloak of Humility Quest Question

is it still active?
the reason I ask is I have been doing it, and need to donate to the library now, and when I looked at the rewards, there was no For the Special Printing of 'Virtue' by Lord British book
or am I doing something wrong?
I am a friend of the library and was donating to Forsythe The Paladin
Do I need to donate to someone else?

The Book Can Be Gotten From Any Of The NPCs In The LIbrary. If You Dont See The Book You May Have Already Gotten It As A Reward Doing The Cloak Quest Once Before

You can only do the quest for the cloak once on each character on your account.

I just did it two weeks ago and got the book. Still having problems?

You can "pre-donate", if you will, to each of the collections prior to accepting that portion of the chain quest. As I recall, I was able to donate to the zoo, the library and the museum prior to speaking with the NPC to ever accept the quest, and it took those points to count for recieving the reward. Perhaps you haven't accepted that particualr piece of the chain?

To consolidate and clarify some of the above posts:

1) That particular book is only visible as a reward choice if the quest chain is active. Same goes for the other collection items required by this quest.

2) Any character with that active quest chain can get as many of the books as you like. Particularly when it comes to specialized ones (i.e. Moonglow Zoo needs a tamer), people find it convenient to get all of the books, etc ahead of time so each character does not have to tame a bunch of wolves, for example.

This quest is broken for me.

I completed the quest 3 times on 3 different chars. Then for some reason I was not able to complete it again. I tried 3 more times on 3 different chars and each time the result was the same. When it came to the part where you move items between NPCs, I ended up with an item no one wanted and 2 NPCs wanted the same item. Checkmate!

Made a bug report and didn't hear anything about that either.
