I remember reading that paralyze taming will reduce the creature's stats and skills by 10 percent, but I recently heard from a friend that discording them will lower it as well. Is this true? I certainly hope not, because I discord almost everything I tame.

Another thing I wanted to ask, does the penalty apply if you discord and then let it go away before taming it? I ask because I often discord and then whack g dragons with a cu sidhe until they're low, then let discord wear off as I go to the stable and come back to tame them. Would they have a penalty for me doing this?

Paralyze reduces the post tame stats, but not the stats cap, so para-taming is still an option.

Disco and peace don't affect the post tame stats at all.
