Anyone seen Buford the collector? Supposed to be at Brit Jewlery shop. Can't seem to find him.

He's not there yet, and other items cannot be turned in. I feel they have not flipped whatever switch they need to for Phase 3 yet.

*sigh* It's a good thing the vanguard are still spawning, because I still need 1.8M points to collect a set of all this stuff...

I feel slightly short changed for this list. I have a crate full of ID wands that I kept for over 5 years hoping for resale or some value increase. For an item that has not spawned in over 5 years they sure gave it a low value in my opinion.
