Legal Attended Lockpicking Macro?

So I've accumulated a bunch of different levelled locked paragon chests and I'm trying to train up lockpicking on a new treasure hunter character in order to open them. I don't mind tearing through a million lockpicks but I do mind using UOassist or any kind of outside tool to do it.

Using in game macros, is there a way I can use a stack of lockpicks on a locked chest in my backpack without injuring my wrist and thumbs constantly moving the mouse back and forth?

It would be easier for me to stand around pushing ctrl Z to train instead of all the clicking and the wrist/finger pain.

Re: Legal Attended Lockpicking Macro?

you can write one like this: in the 2D client

line 1: Last Object
line 2: Wait for Target
line 3: Last Target

assign it to any key you want
this will make a macro that once you double click you lockpicks, then target one of your chests, you just need to hold down whatever key you assigned to repeat the attempt. Until you open the chest or run out of lockpicks.

I am sure there might be a way to write a better one in the KR client but since I can not get it to work, I am not sure how macros are writer in that client.

UOAssist is legal, and you can write some nice macros, I use them in game all the time. But if you do not like it, you do not have to use it.

If in 2d and you have UOA, you can also do macro's to pick lock boxes.

UO Stratics - Treasure Hunters of Britannia

that link above works for me. The LP house in the pictures is owed by THB Sonoma, and is still be used today by anyone that wishes to train LPing on Sonoma.

Re: Legal Attended Lockpicking Macro?

You could also just drop line 2
line 1: Last Object
line 2: Wait for Target
line 3: Last Target

to
line 1: Last Object
line 3: Last Target
