Does honoring yourself work as peacing yourself? I mean does it break after an unsuccesfull taming attempt? |

Re: Help taming lesser Hiryu
Taming a lesser Hiryu with honor is a little over kill. It takes a while to get your honor up to a decent level to use it on something that takes maybe 5 mins to mindblast down to snail pace and tame.
I have found taming in KR is much easier than 2d. ;p |

Re: Help taming lesser Hiryu
Didn't really try this on Europa, but a while ago you could lure lesser hiryus to a boat spot close to the shore, you teleport over onto the boat and then you can take a few hours taming the hiryu

Re: Help taming lesser Hiryu
If you DO lead tame, do it on foot. Hiryu's get a speed boost when you are mounted.
As to honor, to raise it quickly (and get good items and money), do Thrasher in Trammel or Fell. In Fell, you get honor faster.

Re: Help taming lesser Hiryu
Thanks for all the information...I have now tamed 5 lesser and 4 cu's. I don't use my tamer that much but I can go out and lead tame with no problem now. Here is the trick or so called training that helped me with lead taming. So if you having problems learning how to lead tame this is what you do. Learn how to stealth.
The problem I was running into with lead taming was how far away and how to move my mouse slow enough not to run away from the creature I was taming. SO I got mad and quit with my tamer. I was building a thief template, when I started training stealthing my char alway started to run. So I had to learn my mouse speed and the spacing between my curser on the screen and my chars body so that could move all over the place in stealth mode. So to make a long story short. Stealthing showed me how to lead tame. |
