There is no shortcut. It takes a lot of effort to get any of them. I think the Folded Steel glasses sell well, generally around 7-10 mill on my shard, and it only costs around 2.2 mill to secure them. However, it does entail a LOT of commuting to blacksmiths on the Tok islands to secure the right weapons to turn in, and you obviously have to "front" the money to yourself to buy and then donate those weapons.
