I just think its crazy that my miner is basically as good as can be PLUS I have 200+ luck and I have been in and out of caves in Ilshner, Malas, and Tokono and still have turned up nothing.

well theres your problem... black rock doesnt spawn in malas... i know that because i spent a week mining there before someone told me that... not sure about tokuno, and i heard that ilshner was
supposed to have the best spawn rate. that being said... i mine the caves around minoc and have gotten something like 10 pieces of black rock for about 18 hours of mining
