Is it hard to find a good bake kitsune, or is it just me?

It seems that they've got a pretty wide range of available resists, so getting a good one is tough. ??

Not really kit, you just have to kill them off fairly rapidly...I pretty much tamed and disposed asap. I got a very nice one (3.9 on Pet Cal) on my 6 Bake, but it took a while to get my second. Easiest way I found to kill them off was take them a little n-w to the tsakatii wolves (or whatever they're called). Once you get them reasonably trained a pair of them is VERY, VERY fun.

I've just been sic'ing the tamed one onto the next wild one that spawns, but sometimes the tamed one kills the wild one! hehe. It doesn't work as well as it does with cu sidhe's!

Well, I've spent 5 evenings or so taming bakes, and the best I've found so far are a pair of 3.1's. I'll keep trying but oy! Their resist range is huge!

They come and go, took me a few days to find a decent one when I was farming around a 3.3 then when I wasnt farming I found a 4.0...=\

I could've sworn I saw one with perfect resist when I was hunting, but I didnt bother to look at its stats until the very end (was curious) right before my EV killed it...so I didnt get a chance to really look at it.

Oy I think I killed a very good one today too - but I didn't look until it was too late and my tame killed it!! Whoops

heh, i've done that while looking for kitsunes. i was using my beetle to clear the average ones when i noticed one was beating on my beetle that i hadn't lored. so i lore him and his resists are 28+, 45, 28+, 28+, 28+. i hesitated just long enough for the beetle to poison him... the kitsune didn't cure himself :C
