**NEWS** BNN: Blackrock Detector to be Unveiled!

hmmm. i was in there for a few minutes and after i died the first time - i stayed out of harms way. Im not as bad 'butt' as everyone else so i stayed back and watched.

All i know is the thing we all wound up in was a 'dungeon' so i dont know if that means anything but thats that.

For those who haven't seen one before, here's a Shadowlord

This one was on Europa, in the Moonglow Inn.

While I havent killed a Shadowlord my husband Kyzar has had the opportunity to kill 2 and I must say they are an interesting kill. THey are wonderful especially when you receive that awesome cloak!

And for anyone who doesnt know - dont attempt to kill a shadowlord w/o blackrock and the armageddon spell

I got my first Shadowlord kill tonight on my stealther... one piece of blackrock at a time! hehe... Took five pieces and five deaths, but I finally got my cloak of corruption.

An interesting side-note, however: Prior to attacking a shadowlord with the blackrock, I gave him a small piece. I got the message about being bitten by the serpent's fang, or some-such, and immediately hid again. Suddenly, I had irate wisps following me all over moonglow while I was hidden! Seems I angered the wisps by helping the shadowlord. Thus my decision to switch sides and kill the evil guy. Not that that will help me in the long run, since I probably sealed my fate with the small gift! But, just FYI.

How many small BR pieces needed to kill an ethereal shadowlord? I tried 3vBR pieces on one, its health bar dropped to zero, used three more but .. no kill.. I gave up..

I ended up using two large pieces (around 23 stones each) and three small pieces (1 stone each). I think my last piece was a large one, though in all the chaos, I could be mistaken. Big, big boom... *ears ringing*
