Ok, I am back. I played on Atl for years then moved to Chessy when it opened. I quit when AOS came out because I got pissed but now after 4 years I am back. I am giving the Samurai template a try and I'll of course make a PVP mage again, but I wanted to know if it was still worth the time to make a mule and also I will make a money guy and I have done a lot of reading and am trying to pick between these 2 templates.

I know it comes down to play style, but the way the game is now which do you think would be better.

My choice would be the taming one, although that'll take a fair bit longer due to taming

I'll leave it to others to suggest best templates though, as I haven't played in a while.

I will be doing the advance character thing to help out if that matters.

thats a good question... and probally not easy to tell u what would be better...cuz everyone have his favorites and way to handle his char...

for PVP swear alot for a stealther / archer other for a necro/mage...
or steatlher / tamer or just a stealther / pally

than its up for ur money guy what kind of monster u would like to hunt...

but i would say a tamer is always good to have...

i personally have 6 tamers....
( i can handle it better than the other templates *winks*)

1 tamer / bard my others tamer / archer

oh and maybe u should upgrade to ML so u can reach more places for hunt...

I am not sure I would spend the money on an advanced character template. I came back recently and created a tamer myself. With a little time, some jewelry and some power scrolls I made a legendary peace, music, taming, lore, gm vet, mage, med and have a real taming skill of about 89 and working it slowly. I bet it took less than 3 weeks to accomplish this casually playing. Just my 2 cents.
