There is an option under "user settings" for ctrl-shift. I can't remember which tab it's under, though.

Incidentally, KR loots faster with a right-click than anything short of a script. Warsong's advise to drop party is probably the best, if you're with a bunch of selfish scripters.

Frankly, you can kill Mel with 3 people (possibly two) with no problem. I'd recommend a dice-roll system for loot splits and, once one CC pops, whoever gets it is out of the running until both the other members get one. Worked for me, back in the day.
