Please post your ideas for events that can be used for uo-risk. I'll start with some easy ones

Archery (min-1 per side, max-unlimited but both sides must have equal numbers)

Darts (min-1 per side, max-unlimited but both sides must have equal numbers)

Mage Poker (k, I've never played it but I hear it's really cool and I'm suddenly getting the feeling that most events are going to be min-1 per side, max-unlimited but both sides must have equal numbers)

Joust (maybe 3 of 5 falls..Luna Lance makes it viable for any melee)

Have lots of ideas:

PvP Tournament. 1 on 1, 2 on 2, free for all, Double Elimination.

Champions Tournament. (Five(or so) champions from each side battle. Side that has most winners, takes the land)

Who says you have to shoot at an archery butt to have an archery tournament?

Street fighting.(lots of variations on this)

Naked Paintball.(a game played in the Twin Towers of Paxlair)

Naked dungeon run. (Side with most alive that make it to the end, wins)

Look-a-like contest. (Each get a different look-A pirate, an orc, a monk, a wandering healer, a Winfield, Etc. The team to get the most people to a certain location dressed as whomever, wins)

When I speak of a side getting to chose the rule for the event I mean things like:
Gm only items
Anything goes
No pets
No mounts
No potions
and so on...


We need more people on the side of good. Evil forces are easy to rally when PvP is involved.

How would the Counsel of Sin feel about leading the Dark Forces?

How do you play naked paintball?!?! I was kinda hoping Gak would take off his mayor hat and lead the forces of evil...lots of clompin!!!

Was saving this for an ATD event but will toss it in the hat.

Typically a tournament consists of 4-8, melee combatants. There are three major events to the tourney.

1. The Joust

The joust is scored as a round robin of each contestant jousting one on one.Each successful dismount counts as one point for the winner. Each pair of combatants make three runs past each other with the dismount special move activated.

2. The Duel

Duels are one on one melee fights, which are elimination rounds rather than round robin. Combatants are forbidden to use poison or magery. Fights are decided on one knight calling "yeild", or combatants dueling to the death.

The Melee

The Melee is a free-for all involving all contestants, until one is left standing. As with all events, the default does not allow magyer or poison to be used.


The winner is determined by total score of all three events.

I did not read over the description, but I'm sure its all still applicable. It is VERY fun to play. We can play best of three games, but its the set up that takes time.
