ok now im pissed when i try to activate my account with my debit card now it says they took 8 dollers out of me when they shouldnt have what the heck is wrong with this stupid ultima online account thingy!!!!!

That's normal, from memory
If you're reactivating, you get charged there and then, for a months service
Or did it say otherwise? You don't usually get a trial when reactivating, unless they're running some kind of promotion.

my account isnt activated and they charged me alot more it suppose to be 1 doller to activate it and my account didnt even get activated it says this ONLINE GAMES POGO/EA right next to my debit card info and its been charged to my card 8 times

It sounds to me like every time you tried again and got the "page unavailable" error, it charged you. I'd try calling EA's customer support to clear off those charges and mention to them that their web site is generating errors but still charging people. Sorry to hear you're having so much trouble.
