Water Barrel Manufacturing

I went through my carpenters manufacturing list in his tool, but I could not find a 'water barrel' option. I tried searching for it and I got some player complaints about water barrel placing issues. Still can't find out how to MAKE one for my house.

Are these player made? If so, how do I do it?

I don't play UO any more, so I'm not sure you can do this... but you used to be able to go into town and fill a barrel with water and then empty it again and it would be unlocked. So you could grab it.

Also if you find one out and about, like the left overs of a barricade made of water barrels around some ones home... you can empty the water from those. I think you will need a few empty water pitchers though.
