Help?

Any budding artists out there? Im fairly profient with cut and past and have put together a signature for my forum account here and elsewhere. But one thing i always struggle with is text, can anyone help me out?

Heres the clean image and also a version i made, i hate the boring looking flat text (but its best i can do).

Nev & Atlas are our sig makers when they have time & Gnomy is a graphic artist also.

What program are you using to make sigs?

If you let me know what font that is, I can change the font I used. Is this what you're going for re: the flat text?

the font i used is the Thor font and yes thats exactly what i want. Bar the font

In sweden at moment and I dont have my CS3 here

But I kinda take it since you are a dwarf you want Thurban to be kinda bold/broad/rocky hard edges kinda feeling?

I like Pixia as a free powerful drawing program. I usually combine it with some other free tools to get the desired effect. ULead did release a Cool 3D version at some point to make nice 3D stuff.
