Been trying to fricken activate an account for 6 hours now... i get all the way to the end to submit after putting my card info in and it says "sorry that page is currently unavailable try again later"

I had the same problem when trying to activate a freebie account for a wedding in UO
I never got past it
Only thing that was suggested to me, was to use IE and not Firefox
If not, contact their support department

Amazes me a billion dollar corporation can't get something so simple like that, working for everyone.

I wasn't even using a freebie code when I went to reactivate mine, just trying to put in a new card # and it took days to get the page to work

I know I had to clean my cache and cookies, plus history log on my system, and then it FINALLY worked for me. Now when I run into the problem, I do this and it's fine. Please don't ask me to explain why it worked, just that it did.

What code are you using? I had problems with the FREEKR code or whatever on the account management site but it seemed to work ok when I used one from Fileplanet.

I had the same problem once and clearing my browser cache and restarting the browser worked for me too. (I use Firefox).
