they're always in the same spot for that town...where you enter at is where you exit at. they are not however in the same location from town to town...some might be in the middle, in the east, way out of town (like trinsic and brit) etc... running uo automap is a good idea if you're just learning your way around. It has all the shops and moongates marked, and you can add your own spots as well
