1) How does it work?
2) What does it create? (obviously a statue, but specifics)
3) Does it have limited charges/does it get destroyed when used?
4) Can I buy one off a vendor and use it?

The statue creator lets you make a statue of yourself. They have a few poses you can choose, and it doesn't appear to be limited in uses. You can buy them off of vendors and use them. It stores one statue at a time (so you have to delete your previous statue to make a new one). Here's some more info -
