well if ur not using healing/anat for healing/curing you may be able to even drop the dex a bit, to like 80ish that is of course if your not using parry(i think 80 dex is okay for parry im not postivie tho), i wouldnt go witht his unless your gonna be using 4/6 chiv, but as far as your swing rate most fencing weps are fast as is, so even without ssi youl be fine, is this for pvm or pvp? i can probably help you out more knowing that
