We also introduced the new HQ to the circle... we need a name for it.

Yesterday we did a Harrower... was relaxing.

I was owned a few times... maybe we all were... then we listened to Jamie and killed everyone plus their super dragon...

It was the perfect way to finish the harrower... DB4, MDK and DRI leaving the area and we killed everyone that would oppose their departure seconds before the battle started... perfect timing, perfect plan... go Jamie!

Would you like to have a dedicated guild stone so you can be allied to GRI... and ally to DB4 for the duration of those hunts? When we move into felluca to kill those monsters and collect gold and stat scrolls WITHOUT pvping... ?

Something was left unanswered so here goes.

Silent Bob wished to join GRI. We followed our usual procedure and asked him to hunt and enjoy the warmth of our Circle. Several weeks later, he was spotted inside a D|R house in Felluca... domino effect, now he can't join GRI.

Why can't he join GRI and why is D|R a threat?

Inside this opposing guild there are many players that in the past have moved several of their characters into GRI. Their goals were:
- create chaos within our Circle.
- pk anyone using items that were not insured.
- abuse our "help the newcomers" program.
- loot whatever they could from our HQ once they were friended.
- collect the 1 million gold bounty on my head.
- join GRI and later join DRI so they could champ spawn safely... etc

We countered each of the above and we grew more and more united... we changed the security levels and we introduced new rules and added plenty of new emmys.

Why are we under constant attack?
We are a guild that covers all of UO... from crafting to Harrowers. We're not elitists nor do we treat anyone with disrespect. We have a permanent base of new friends training, after a few months they are ready to travel into the darklands of Felluca and enjoy the rewards of that facet... we bring awareness and experience while sheltering our new friends and making sure no one abuses them...
War rages Felluca... many guilds fight eachother. One of them is an ally of GRI... DB4.

Long ago we would quietly spawn until a guild took over Felluca... SX. Several guilds united and fought them... CVL, LER, DB4, GoL and GRI... War raged once more... Catskills must be a bastion of freedom, not smothered by tyranny...

Years later we're still allied. We help them defend their champ spawns. I tested the shard. i started a special event... the Destard Happy Hour. My goal, see which guilds would raid us so I would know which guilds would oppose GRI in Felluca.

The following guilds attacked GRI, non-stop...
CDE, BOV, O*S, M|K, D|R, BtD, NmE, YSS...

Simultaneously, GRI got plenty of new recruits and several of our members were killed and dry looted... the pkers are now in D|R.

There was also an assassin sent to kill me... he failed.

Lesson in all of this... players will go to great lenghts so they can harm us... but who really cares about them?

Being aware gives us the field advantage, our rules prevent anyone from instantly joining our Circle, the emmys promote security and peace...
