A crafting tally with 30 Bonus and/or 30 Exceptional bonus is the maximum you can get. Really, for alchemy, once you reach GM you are just as well off with a 30 Bonus tally, as you really don't craft "exceptional" potions. I have a +28 and it helps a great deal in your success rate.
