You cannot sell to other players directly in-game. You need to go through boards of dedicated websites.

In haven there is no good loot you can sell to other players except the ressources type of loot. Better sell the rest to the NPCs or don't bother.

It's not the final answer to all your questions but it should help you know what's worth looting or not.
