Again it's all in the way you play. A crafter friend of mine makes runic leather armor and auctions it off, sometimes for 3+ million gold a pop. Others go to Doom and sell any artifacts they get. Some go farm powerscrolls and sell those. Then ahain just going out and killing things is a good change of pace too.
