I want to see new verbiage whenever a mod bans or censures a poster:

"You have violated [insert ROC rule].
You are hereby warned/banned.
.
.
Dumbass."

Reminds me of a funny story when iI was a MOD on the old MYUO Forums. A poster had flamed another poster in a bad way

So I post Please yada yada yada refrain ~ Strike One

He post back something uncomplimetary about me

So I post Please yada yada yada refrain ~ Strike Two

(You can see, I'm a baseball fan)

So he posts something about the size of my epeen and hiding behind a computer, etc

So I post Strike Three, yer outta here and give him 72 hours.

Greywolfe was hysterical and Cynthe sent me a note that I should be a little more professional and that I egged him on.

Pertaining to UO Forums (from my perspective) it would be ... someone who has the capability to read the ROC before they agree to them, but decides that they are either to busy, or it don't matter to them personally what the rules are, then wonders why their posts are either locked, deleted, or why they were banned.
