Ya have to register but after that you can post on there and also the co gms which change can also get you upon the NEW guild's guild stone.

NEW guild house is north of BRIT in a big keep. There be some dark wisps on occassion that fly up there *they kinda fatal*

Siege specific originally. Comically when I was new there I think them stupid dark wisps killed me more than any pk, I thought they were the innocent shadow wisps........OoOO wrong.
