Sick as hell about this!!!

I have looked at every shard seems I can transfer and stuff from but I need to pull a char off sakura and you cant yet I payed for it that is really a joke!!!

Sometimes not all shards receive the same publish. For example if there is a serious issue on one shard there will be an emergency publish. You will have to wait until all the shard versions match up again.

My issue is thanks for telling me but they dont put that info out and explain it and such real pain in the ass sorry to say
