Neither EA nor my local police department was any bit of help. (Long story). I suspended the accounts for about 6 weeks, after which point I discovered that I had suspended them before the hackers were able to move some of my stuff off of my account. So, they got 30 mil gold or so and all of my armor, but I was able to save my vet rewards and heritage items.

Now, all of my accounts point to nonexistent fake email addresses. Since EA gives no way to change your username, once a hacker knows what your username is, you're forever a potential target.
