Update 14.40 GMT - If you are receiving the message "No active LOTRO EU Subscription" or "Error 403" then you are being affected by this issue. Please be aware that your subscription will still be active once this issue is resolved.

Update 13.50 - We are still experiencing problems related to this issue and a fix has not yet been found. The issue is still of the highest priority and is being worked on. Further updates will be provided once we have more news.

We are currently experiencing some issues where players are unable to log in to the game. This is due to a technical problem between the login servers and Player Account System (PAS). We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

GMT18-Jan-2008Update 16.10 GMT - We are pleased to report that the login system/PAS is now back up and running. The root cause of the issue was a corrupt index within our database which was only discovered after performing a complete and thorough investigation on the database, (hence the extended downtime). We once again would like to apologise to those of you who were unable to log in during this time and thank you for your patience.
