Hello well this bit of a silly question to ask here.. but I started playing UO again, after having some problems with KR I think im now back for good

Thing is, I have a really small house on Europe/Trammel
I never even bothered to decorate it as its just to small.. size is like the one of a small normal house, just a bit longer.

And I was wondering if anyone knows a spot where I might be able to build a larger house there? Ive been looking for a hour or so, but no luck so far.

Im willing to pay too, the bit I have left in the bank if anyone could help.
