Ok, I've been gone a while but how did I miss this?

Go to FindUO (or any search site you prefer) and search for "discordance pole." You will find crafted fishin' poles that give bonuses to Discordance. Based on the price of these items, I'd guess they're fairly low-end common pieces.

1) When did this happen?
2) Is this a runic tool capability?
3) What is the potential intensity and which skills can be manufactured in this manner?

This is why you should never leave this game for long periods of time...
