Due to recent events the PaxOku the City Council has been suspended. It is unknown which side council members support and mayor Gareth does not find it wise that the council make any decisions within the city.

Further more Deputy Mayor Sindalish has been let go as the Deputy Mayor of PaxOku City. Mayor Gareth finds her as a traitor to the city and should be arrested and held for charges of High treason against PaxOku City.

For those that dont know the severity of High Treason here it is.

City Council Chairwoman Lady Katherine will assume the responsiblity of Deputy Mayor in PaxOku city.

The RBG Death Knights will assume all command of PaxOku city and Kijustsu Anei Village defenses and protection until this threat can be eliminated.

Mula, I feel that the intolerance of not accepting others with different ideas and beliefs or culture may impact PaxOku in an unfavorable way. People will defend both their homes and way of life when necessary.

I also feel that Gareth is loosing not only a Deputy Mayor, but a friend and ally in his dismissal of Mistress Sindalish. I am in no way saying that Lady Katherine is not fit for the position. I feel she will be able to serve the community and is fully capable. However, I have concerns for all citizens. It is a sad day indeed, however this leaves me free to voice certain objections that i have kept secret until now. Mula it seems to me that much of this unrest and violence came with your arrival. I will give you one last chance to recognize that your power within this city and ideals thus far have brought nothing but suffering and anger. If you truly wish to do the city good, you will resign and reinstate not only the council, but allow the Deputy Mayor her rightful duties to take over where Gareth is yet unable to.

I also state that i do not recognize your authority over me or my position and will continue to fulfil my obligations to the city and it's citizentry. I have always done what is best for the city as a whole, ALL of it's citizens and not just those i deem personally worthy.

It is a day of choices citizens, do you choose to follow the closed minded ideals of Mula or embrace our differences under a new council representing ALL citizens, both dark and light? Do we fight for the old Gareth and dismiss such radicals and fantatics such as Mula in our loyalty to the true spirit and citizentry of this city? By accepting this position we now know Lady Katherine must serve Mula and her fanatical ideals of only accepting those of noble blood and complete allegiance to the virtues. It is indeed a sad day as Lady Katherine would have been a great ally but perhaps in time she will recognize her error and take those steps to correct the harm already being done...

Mistress Sin, I am glad you have responded. You will find me at your side should the need arise, of that you may be assured.

Yes, I follow many of the virtues, and yes, we have our differences; but our concern for the citizens, ALL citizens regardless of race, subrace, religion, lack thereof or profession is where we are agreed. You are equally welcome to contact me but I trust to your judgement otherwise.

Let me make this very clear. I shall not and will not go against Lady Katherine or the virtues I have chosen. I will not go against any citizen of PaxOku as a whole. However, with my great-uncle having founded the Virtue of Chaos, which allows every individual to chose their actions based on their own sense of right and wrong, providing it does not harm another individual or their property, I can not stand by and watch people be persecuted for their own beliefs because they are different from another's.

I do not consider this a me vs. them personally. It is about doing what's right for the city as a whole and not for specific individual that one or a few ppl deem worthy of belonging.

This city was built for all and unless we take it into our own hands to protect each other's rights and responsibilities we will have tyranny at it's worst. And though would hurt me to go against Lady Katherine, it is not personal but only my obligation to ALL the citizens of this city.

Where is the unity, good people of PaxOku? This is no way to conduct a government! Unity and order are needed, as is general peace and understanding of everyone's individual position.

M'lord I believe you have a point. I know Winfield declared Gareth's appointment of Mula to be valid. However, I also realize that there is a system in place that may resolve this matter without bloodshed. That would be the court system. I believe both Lady Neira and Mistress Sin should be heard in a court regarding their dismissals. Mayhaps Mula needs to hear from a higher authority that persecution of others based on differences may make her see the error of her ways. I have seen no evidence against either woman to warrant the charges against them. I shall begin researching the legal texts further regarding this.

I do not know when the next court is in session. Mayhaps Kathleen could give us such information, or would even hold a special session for this case. It is important for the stability of our citzens and city.

That sounds like a very good idea, however i would assume that those doing the judging would be a FAIR representation of ALL citizens and not those that Mula and her followers would deem worthy of such a status.

I will not be sorry or feel remorse for my actions as well. I will continue in my efforts to gather allies in the hopes that Paxoku will once again be a place that welcomes ALL kinds, light and dark, human and other. I have and will continue in the first duties i was assigned by Gareth before Mula took over and that is to ensure that every citizen is fairly represented and has as many rights as the next. Find me if you can, arrest me if you wish and convict me if you dare, but that will not stop the citizens and indeed all from their fight for fair treatment and in defense of the place they call home.

At the very least he shold be consulted in these matters. They are of grave concern for the good of the City of PaxOku.

I would have to defer to Governor Winfield's wishes regarding jurisdiction in this matter, but if he thought the courts were the appropriate place to decide this matter than I could schedule a hearing as soon as possible. Barring the Governor's intercession, though, it would be up to Neira and/or Mistress Sin to bring action against Mula. If either one of them wishes to pursue legal relief, they may contact my office through pigeon.
