Double exceptional quality shield. You can't get them anymore, but it's not exactly what I call a rare. Pricewise, not sure as I don't see a lot of the shields sell, but I am "guessing" between 10-50k. Someone who has seen more of the shields sell will hopefully chime in.

And I would estimate its value in the range of 500k upto 2m

500k -2m, that is why they are doing inflation control as we speak.

considering smith items are substantially harder to find than dbl exceptional tailor armor which can be reproduced.

and the fact its a shield makes it that much rarer. weapons and shields created with dbl exceptional or "of" are much harder to find than average armor.
