PaxOku City Council Meeting 12/09/07

Chairwoman Report-
Lady Katherine-

-Mayor Gareth was to have set up
a new tax collection box but, taxes are suspended
until the New Year.

-weeekly reports from your districts. Tell me about what has happened, and if you have met
anybody new. And if you have any problems we need
to bring up. I will try to scribe them into a complete
city report form.

Also the weekly reports are not just for District council
members they also include Viceroys, Deputys, Outposts and
City guild leaders.

Kijustsu Anei Report-
Neira-

Shipments of Minerals coming in for
various research into the incident. I would like it if they
were unmolested

OkuC Report-
Karlina-

Well I am proud to say. We have had good luck in
recruiting. We hope to have all in order by the end of the
week. I still need input from the city as to what all they
would like to see from our guild. Such as services.

OkuG Report-
Ares-

Things have picked up quickly. We are receiving a new members almost everyday. So much so that I am starting to forum "Squads" to protect the city. Im also starting to setup the "Escort" Service. So if anyone needs a lift or a ride somewhere, Just send me a pigeon.

(OkuG Concern)

Ares- I am concerned that the Shame Guard being exempt from City Laws will give them a big advantage.

Neira- Only inside of the village. And I have a very nice wip once belonged to minax herself.

Gareth- I am sure neira will make sure things are on an even
level with the same guard.

Mayor Report-
Gareth-

PaxOku is in the works for a New Outpost In yew. Nothing
has been official yet and is still in the works. I would like to
turn it over to Hester to explain this new area and any questions
you may have for her.

Outpost Report (Yew)-
Hester-

It is not an area. Its a single property sort of close to
another PaxO citizens. There is land open for building but that could be taken tonight. Anyways ive committed the design and paid the contactors. Now I have to get the decorators working on over time and I need a name for the property. Ill also add my guild report here.

On another note, is there any way we can push back the council meetings on Sunday nights? Before 9:00 is really bad for me.
