Neh, hated Guild Wars PvP. Found WoW PvP to have much more pace, pazazz and technique to it personally. At least until The Burning Crusade came out and cocked it into a multi-coloured neon hat.

EVE Online has only ever been the other game I've liked and stayed with next to UO. It differs so much from anything else out there, it's unique and interesting with a dev team which actually seems to respond quicker to player demands faster than in any other game. Lots of plots going on everywhere which you can take part in, RP wise and PvP.

Still got my main UO account active, but admit I havent been on much lately. I check in now and then, and will probably have it active until the last day of UO. I will remember my time in this game LONG after I've stopped playing. Kudos for being the success it has made itself and all the fellow players!

Perhaps, but Eve Online has PvP with consequences and as far as I have seen, much greater depth to its completely player oriented conflicts and goals. Some might call it 'the developers making players do all the work entertaining themselves', I prefer to call it the ideal situation where developers build a sandbox for yonder players to have full-scale wars involving pitched battles of thousands of players - the 'Great Southern War' in Eve between two super-alliances involves something like 20'000 players or something? Hell knows, it'll tide me over until [or possibly beyond] when AOC or Darkfall hit the shelves. Maybe beyond if they're balls.

Im going to play AoC, Warhammer online and Pirates of the burning sea, all looking good. I will play UO alongside these of course probaly, darkfall does look good but i think it'll turn out crap like shadowbane or summit
