Lord Havok, they do not exist. For some reason, they were an oversight when the last round of snowglobes were created. Every list I have ever seen of snowglobes does not have one for Despise.
Sad, too, as it makes my collection of anti-Virtue dungeons incomplete. I even have a book saying as much on my museum display.
