the problem here isn't over inflation cyber is trying to run a business which means making money! Of course he is going to be higher than EA on his pricing its called mark-up! When you are a reputable dealer your prices are going to be higher than 1. the source of the product and 2. the dealers who may be less scrupulous and doesnt care what his sources are. So the question really is do you want to use a respected dealer you can trust or take your chances elsewhere? I'm personally not in favor of buying virtual goods or currency myself however I also dont feel its necessary to flame against someone with a good track record trying to run a business. If you dont like his prices then dont use him. As to why would you pay him more than EA well some people are tired of giving EA money and tho they want the item they will pay a couple bucks more than to throw more money at the EA giant money sink. And I'm not sure of this point or not but cyber probably delivers faster than EA.
