Dear god.. people panic over nothing. Have there been one- three youngs running around there? How many "mature" people are there?

Youngs CANT loot the corpse until it turns grey for them... which is a long time. If someone failed to loot the corpse before.. Yippididoo.. Their own fault.

Or is this all about rubble? Just wait.. wont be long till we can get it els where as well. Im also sure there will be rubble for all. I mean.. what kind of person stays on a young "camping" for rubble? How many hours till he gets some?

People tend to overreact alot since UO got itembased.. They actually forget to think for a few seconds and rather scream and whine then actually do something themself. Stay in game.. dont tab to write a whine post.. maybe another young stole it while you were tabbed? OMG the possibilities!

Now I'm torn, first I was thinking "yet another thing that gets bypassed by an exploit" but Gnomy does point out the "I want I want I want (continue saying until face is blue)" crowd is crying over rubble, which amounts to decoration, which is what items would be if there was no insurance (according to people who want to keep insurance), yet people want to keep insurance so said items are not decoration and......

ah, well, I guess I don't even know where I'm going with this anymore.

I have a young account. When this first hit, I took my young character into Magincia to see what kind of damage had happened in the city.

I admit that I have been looting some corpses. Collecting gold mostly and a few bits of armor. It is true that you have to wait for them to go grey.

Its not as safe as you'd think. Sometimes the Dark Fathers do attack you. I'm not sure why they do, but I've been killed a number of times by creatures.

Also a good way for newbies to see how UO events are.

I am a house deco/design fanatic,and I more than most LOVE to get a piece of 'rare' deco to lock down.

I am NOT going to berate anyone though, who uses an 'apparent' exploit to get rubble.

If the UO team cant get their act together on these dupers, scripters, scamemrs etc etc after TEN YEARS then i say GOOD LUCK to them.

They have already ruined the game and EA 'apparently' dont seem to be doing anything about it.[ despite constant promises of 'its being dealt with ,we just cant say how/when etc.]

We cant make it go away, despite our very loud objections,so theres not much use in complaining.

After all its just rubble,and as Gnomy said......its just rubble !!

EA are good on the marketing front *grins* and good luck to them.

I agree. Everyone including me rushed out to get the new virtue armor pieces and weapons. About two weeks later they went so far down in price that it was a joke. I learned that it doesnt pay to rush out and try to get the items because most likely some one else will get a bunch and flood the market and they will become worthless. Patience is a virtue. As for the [young]'s I could care less.

It doesn't matter if "young players" are getting any loot. if you look at things they have hardly anything as it is. The only thing that mattters is that they are having fun, else they will get bored and goto another game that caters to everyone instead of the so called "veterans" who are looking to flood the market with their new found loot and hoping that these "Young Players" will buy gold from them with real life cash. Such a vicious whinny circle.

Realistically these "young players" are prolly the same "veterans" selling the gold for rl cash!
