I agree with DiP, you're Swords and Parry is low enough that you are simply fodder for the the other players. At you're levels, you neither hit enough, or parry enough to do damage. I'd get those up to their max level asap, and the minimum I would take them is 115. Also, get your tactics maxed as quickly as possible, as that affects damage you dole out as well.
