UPDATE 6:42AM PDT: The issue has been resolved - sorry for the inconvenience!

It looks like there are issues with the patch server at the moment. We're looking into it, and will update when we have news - in the meantime, there is a simple workaround. Go into your UO folder, and start the game by launching uo.exe directly - it will bypass the patcher and get you in.
