I have a good idea on how to get it. What I want to know is is it legal? By the time I get an answer there will be hundeds of bolts out there before I get an answer. I don't want to be on the short end of it like with the white cloth.

Basically it's the same hue as AOS Orange, and quest item toggle. I assume created through some bug involving quest cotton or something. Who knows, but I've seen it on several shards and not yet on mine - it's only a matter of time, no doubt. I would like to know whether it is legal/illegal also.

Ignorance that you were using an exploit will not prevent removal from the game for committing such an exploit.

Their standard no comment till a fix inplace... re: exploits (recent example "dead collecting artis")

I'm sure they have bigger fish to fry but I would like to know before Halloween so I could make up some clothes to sell. If it's after Halloween and Jeremy says it's ok I'd still like to stock up on a few bolts of it. If it were not for the white cloth decision I wouldn't be asking. Will it be white cloth or hooded shroud decision? Of course this is much closer to the white cloth "bug". By the way, how about some new colors/items for the tailor/smith BOD turn ins while there is consideration on upgrades with crafting.

I'd have to actually talk to CS to figure out the deal with this specific item, but usually stuff like this is considered "not supported" - meaning, we won't ban you for it, but it may disappear/get color-changed/etc and we won't replace it.

Shame that a month ago it wasn't important enough to 'talk with CS', although it was certainly brought to 'their' attention in this thread started by Will Sinker, and participated in by Jeremy ... Orange Thread/Cloth? ( 1 2 3)
