eval works with magery yes but eval is spell damn inc maker... as is inscription. With necro spell damn inc is made by speaking. Thing is if you have 100% though Items with all spell damn items having 100% then you also have evaluate int, inscription, and having Speak they will all make your damn be stronger though necro spells...
