I use my Paladin equipped with a Holy Sword and pretty much exterminate the 1st and 2nd floors of Deceit. Don't bother with looting the corpses; if you get one of the 10th anniv. arties from a kill, it will appear in your backpack, not on a corpse, so you'll have a better chance if you just kill and move along. I know this to be true since I myself have attained 2 virtue chests, 1 leggings, 1 sleeves, and Jana's (sp*?") staff since the event started, after about an hour or an hour and a half of killing in Deceit-Trammel (haven't tried Fellucca since I'm not exactly confident in how my PvP skill would be should I get ganked.)
