Should it really have a set time? In the future you could just say the meeting will start at 9 and last "about" an hour. I see nothing wrong with it going over that hour block if there are important things to share. Perhaps for some of us this is the only time we get to spend with a large group of the paxlair people and we enjoy it no matter if its 30 minutes or an hour and 30 minutes.
