Tartan Kilt

I saw someone asking to buy something called a Tartan Kilt. Anyone know what this is? I tried to find a pic of it or perhaps the stats on it.

It would also be cool if we could start a thread for listing event rares. Especially the ones that were given to the duelists. The ones who recieved the titles such as "Grandmaster Duelist" and "Master Duelist". I've seen two of them before. One was an orc mask with like 30 hit chance increase and the other was a blood red executioner axe with crazy mods.

Tartan kilt is from legends. Nothing special about it except it being called "Tartan" It's is worth roughly 75 mil.
